If it weren't for her persistence and patient advocacy, I would have been stuck with a $2600 bill from Regence. I could not ever fully express my gratitude for that. I finally have the hearing aid I need and I didn't have to suffer financially for it! If you are in need of an audiologist, I strongly advise working with Leslie. She is so warm, kind and smart. If you are worried about finding the right hearing aid with the right settings, she will be able to tell what is best for you. She will also work with you as much as you need to make any changes specific to your comfort and your hearing. I also need to shout out Bailey, the front desk secretary - she is so sweet and helpful!
