Leslie spent the last 5 months fighting my insurance for me. If it weren't for her persistence and patient advocacy, I would have been stuck with a $2600 bill from Regence. I could not ever fully express my gratitude for that. I finally have the hearing aid I need and I didn't have to suffer financially for it! If you are in need of an audiologist, I strongly advise working with Leslie. She is so warm, kind and smart. If you are worried about finding the right hearing aid with the right settings, she will be able to tell what is best for you. She will also work with you as much as you need to make any changes specific to your comfort and your hearing. I also need to shout out Bailey, the front desk secretary - she is so sweet and helpful! After years of frustration with hearing audiologists in the Portland area, it was recommended to call Koru Hearing. they quickly addressed my broken aids, and got me back to hearing again. I went just because I was curious if I had hearing issues. I was truly taken aback by how cool the scheduler/receptionist was. Alert, positive, relatable, curious, engaged in her work.

I cannot recommend Leslie enough!! I called 4 other locations in the Portland area repeatedly with no success in getting an appointment-- either booked out ~1 month or didn't answer or return the voicemails. Leslie got me in right away, gave me comprehensive information, and even responded to a couple follow up questions via text. Hello,
I have been a patient of Leslie at Koru Hearing, Inc. for 3 years now and she is wonderful!   She is so attentive and thorough in her assessment of my needs; I would always recommend her and her husband as well for anyone's hearing needs.

I am so grateful to have Leslie helping me with my hearing aids which are great!  I am a pianist and hearing is so important to me. Thank goodness I found her from a friend's recommendation in Aurora, OR !

I started wearing hearing aids over 5 years ago, but never really used them regularly because they were uncomfortable and just didn't work for me. I've gone to several other Audiologists and Leslie is the only one that has helped me actually use and wear them every day.  She has provided the most friendly, helpful and comprehensive care.  I can finally hear conversations in social settings now, so I'm very happy I found her!
