However, after meeting and talking with Leslie for five minutes I knew I was in caring and capable hands. My mother is a 62 year old woman who has struggled with hearing for the last 10 years. Initially she told my sister and I that there was no fix for her hearing however it has drastically declined so we forced her to go see her PCP which referred us to Leslie. Upon entering the building we were warmly greeted and offered beverages and support with the intake paperwork. Leslie was patient empathetic and very understanding with my mother. She made my mom feel safe and comfortable during the process and checked in with her emotionally throughout the process when she saw my mother tearful with the process. She spent 3 hours with the first appointment and allowed my mother to try hearing aids and take them home for 2 weeks before purchase. She did not rush our appointment, gave us a cell number for 24 hour communication when needed and made us feel like family. This business was extremely personable, accommodating, and supportive.
